We at LDK Associates, LLC welcome Velma Pretty On Top as our new Senior Associate and Instructor.  Velma, an enrolled  member of the Crow Tribe in Montana, brings a wealth of education and experience on tribal relations, history, culture and  economic development.  She has an extensive background in education, economic development, grant writing, and tribal operations.  Velma and Larry Keown, President of LDK Associates, LLC, will jointly present the premier workshop "Building Effective Government and Business Relations with American Indian Tribes™."  Their varied backgrounds will provide a dynamic learning experience for participants at these workshops.  You can see Velma's bio by clicking here.
